We accept returns and exchanges on all stocked items that are new, unopened, and uncut condition within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Shipping costs for any returns and exchanges are non refundable and customers responsibility.

All Fabric swatches are final sale.

All Clearance items are final sale.

 

Custom Products

Since every creation is tailored made to your unique specification and needs in mind, all custom drapery and roman shade products are final sale once ordered. They cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned once the order has been placed. If the product has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product.
